In our one-on-one sessions, you'll find a safe, supportive space where we work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. My approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Positive Psychology. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply looking to understand yourself better, we'll collaborate to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Yoga / Movement / Mindfulness

Online or in-person, Selora Yoga classes are designed to increase your fitness, as well as develop a practice of mindfulness whilst you move. These classes can help to enhance focus, physical strength/flexibility, discipline, patience and self-compassion.

Therapeutic Support Groups (available mid 2026)

Support groups are tailored to assist you with specific concerns or challenges that you are facing, and help to increase a healthy sense of vulnerability by sharing with those who are experiencing similar to yourself. Support groups may be open (attend some sessions at your convenience), or closed (has a specified start and finish date, where you are encouraged to attend consistently). Once these are ready to be rolled out, you will find all the information on this website.
